Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  2. Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
  3. Sale or clearance items, unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@ioma.music within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., defective or damaged items).
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you need a different size:

  1. Contact us at contact@ioma.music within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will ship the replacement item to you free of charge after verifying the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider for pending transactions.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
